American Caribbean Real Estate broker Joy C. Martin recently sold Bunny Key, an iconic oceanfront beach estate in downtown Islamorada, for $7,450,000. Joy not only held the listing for this stunning property but also produced the buyer.  

The ultra-luxury sale of Bunny Key comes on the heels of another American Caribbean Real Estate luxury sale of the Marathon Compound, Brobdingnagian beach house, which sold for $7,600,000. The Bunny Key sale is the 4th property over $7,000,000 to close in the last five months in 2021 compared to just three that sold in all of 2020. 

On the market for the first time since 1996, American Caribbean Real Estate listed Bunny Key, an extraordinary historic Islamorada oceanfront plantation. This property is known for its provenance that starts as the LaBranche Fishing Camp in 1937, where it is said the owner and author penned many fishing tales with the ocean as his muse and his passion for fly fishing as his motivation.
